  8. You can keep the hosting plan and have a VPS, that's not against the Terms of Service at all. Any data you want put onto the VPS, you would move there yourself. Hestia haven't yet released their version for Ubuntu 26, so if you want Hestia, you'll need to get Ubuntu 24 installed instead.

  20. I switched you back to Ubuntu 24 and installed Hestia for you. To login to Hestia go to https://vps162.heliohost.us:8083/login/ and login with the username 'admin' and the password you selected when signing up.

  24. I just observed that AWStats stopped recording visits (and everything else) on June 8th. One week after I changed my main domain, so that shouldn't be the problem when it worked for a week. The question is, why did it stop recording? Does anyone have an idea? Thank you all!
  25. Update: Please, Let us start with these domains on the current Johnny. 1- lpl.helioho.st 2- waken.helioho.st 3- award-sci.helioho.st 4- award-edu.helioho.st I'll test server speed and compatibility (for Moodle, for example). Then, I'll upgrade to Tommy.

  27. Hello HelioHost Support Team, Thank you for contacting me. I would like to clarify that I only maintain and actively use the account registered under the username Oshekher. The other account(s) that may be associated with the same internet connection belong to my friends. I do not use or manage those accounts. Recently, one of my friends informed me that their account was not working properly, so I logged in briefly to check the issue on their behalf. This may have triggered the login activity that was flagged by your system. I understand and respect HelioHost's Terms of Service regarding account ownership and multiple accounts.
