Yeah no problem. Don't do anything at this point. I didn't know that the stats are discontinued by the creator of it. If it's not working right now, there's no point to deal with it when you replace the server anyways. No sweat. But thank you for looking into it. 🙏🏻 -
Cool, sounds good. I'm going to mark this as solved, but I understand that webstats still isn't working on Tommy. It's not worth trying to fix it since we're going to be replacing the old Tommy server anyways soon.

Absolutely, no problem. To clear up the confusion: No, this is definitely not a commercial site, and we don't sell a single car! The KITT replica you see on the site was actually built and is owned by my wife. She created it (actually build it her self ) out of a pure love for Knight Rider, and the entire point of kittforhire.com is simply to share that 80s nostalgia with fellow fans. We do about 95% of our events completely for free. We attend unpaid community car shows, and sometimes we even pay out of our own pockets just to participate in special events with VIPs. At most, we might 'rent' the car out for about two to three birthdays a year just to help cover basic annual maintenance and fuel expenses. There is absolutely no profit involved. For my wife, the real reward is getting to share the magic of this car and experience it with people who love the classic TV show as much as she does. And there are plenty people out there we made so many friends with this car, unbelievable If you have more questions about it, you can reach out to me at any time. -
Those are some pretty impressive error logs Backups 0 MB Emails 0 MB Files 48.45 MB Trash 0 MB Logs 1220.67 MB PSQL 0 MB MariaDB 0 MB Total 1269.12 MB I deleted the 1.2 GB log file, and you should be able to login again now.

This storage space upgrade is good for the life of the account, and has no monthly cost. Tell us which files you would like deleted and an admin can delete them for you to get you back under your current storage limit. If you're not sure which files are taking up all of your space an admin can provide a detailed storage space usage report for you. We can also reset your account for you which deletes all files, deletes all settings, and restores your account back to the default state with 0 MB of storage usage.

I manually ran webstats twice on Tommy and it still didn't update your stats. Tommy is well overdue for a rebuild so it seems like more and more things are breaking. We will be setting up a new Tommy in the next month or two and moving everyone over to it. If you want webstats to work sooner you can upgrade to Morty at https://heliohost.org/dashboard/move/ Since you're here, I have a question for you. Is your site a commercial site? Are you selling cars, or what is the point of your website?

Yeah, that IP is not blocked. Seems like they noticed the loophole you were using and blocked it. -
Good question. At this point let's go with the solution you suggested: redirect so their browser url bar shows theclippercampaign.com Since the .com was the url I created email accounts, websites and the one shared publicly, it would then make sense to do the above. Now, just for my own education, would it have been possible to redirect to the content in .com but have the address bar show .org? What are the practical options when doing this sort of redirect? What's the technical term for this redirect thing? Would it be too much to ask for a link where I can read up on this and give me a better understanding? Thanks in advance for your help. Chris

On my Tommy account, I have 0s for all stats since May 9, on both domains. Not that they were super popular, but I"ve never had a month with 0 before. On Johnny and Morty, I'm still getting some stats tracked currently, but it shows as Deprecated on all servers.

Question on upgrading to a VPS account

Note that when you actually buy a VPS, nothing happens to the hosting account automatically. You just get a VPS alongside. If you want to move everything to the VPS as a replacement for the Plesk hosting account, you would need to do so manually, then cancel the hosting account. Some of our VPS users do have both, they typically use the Plesk account for their main website, and set up the VPS on a subdomain to use for hosting large files or running a specific a heavy application like a game server. -

That IP address is not blocked on our end from what I can see. DNS on your domains looks fine (we usually recommend just setting the MX records directly to tommy.heliohost.org for simplicity, but this is not going to cause the issue you're describing and the configuration you're using should work). Krydos can confirm the firewall stuff on our side. If there isn't anything found, this may be an Azure issue.
