    Hi HelioHost Support Team, I am having trouble sending emails from my domain (interworldmusic.qzz.io), which is hosted on the Johnny server. My emails to Gmail are currently bouncing back with the following error: "5.7.26 Your email has been blocked because the sender is unauthenticated. Gmail requires all senders to authenticate with either SPF or DKIM." Can u solve the problem please

    So Softaculous installed a variety of scripts and databases for me, I've just been trying them out to see what I like best. WordPress & WooCommerce, seemed to be the thing I wanted but delving into the MySQL tables I realized WooCommerce wasn't going to allow me to import the shop database I intend to use at the end of the day without some serious work to the database structure and getting much deeper into the WordPress code than I had desired. So I uninstalled the whole WordPress package, so I could try some other options. I had previously installed PrestaShop but reset my website before giving it decent try as it was the package AI suggested considering my intended shop use. Now when I try to install it, Softaculous says it can't install it with the Free version. Is this normal or did I break something?

    I was having problems getting my NodeJS application working, so I've gone back to the NodeJS basic example: https://wiki.helionet.org/Node.js I've followed the indications waited the 2 hours, but as a result I'm only getting an empty files and folders index (the default for Apache), as though Apache is serving what is in httpdocs (it is an empty folder) and Node is not intercepting at all. Error logs don't reveal any actual errors, only the Apache accesses. This is on catholink.helioho.st Thanks

    Hi Krydos, thanks! At first glance, everything looks good now. I can log in to all the accounts, and the connection speed is good as well. I'll continue testing over the next little while, but so far everything seems to be working as expected. Thanks again!
