You have to reset your account and start over to swap addon and main domains, because trying to swap them in the system will break the account. Resetting your account deletes all of your data and requires you to set everything up again. There's not really any good reason to do this as your domains behave the same either way to the general public. It's just their appearance in the control panel that's different.- 4 replies

Your account was indeed suspended for going over your 1000 MB storage limit. You are using 1004.86 MB currently. Sometimes, users keep too many account backups that cause them to exceed the storage limit, and we have a Wiki page with help on how to limit the number of backups here: https://wiki.helionet.org/Account_Backups#Limiting_the_Number_of_Backups_Stored_in_Plesk Another cause of excess storage can be not setting up error log rotation, and for help with that, please see here: https://wiki.helionet.org/View_Error_Logs#Limiting_the_Storage_Space_Used_by_Error_Logs If you're unable to delete any files and would prefer to increase your storage limit, you can make a one-time donation. Apologies if I was unclear - I'm looking to have codecreature.helioho.st point to codecreature.net, so the helioho.st site would be the alias and the .net site is the actual website. It looks like it's been set the other way around- 4 replies

Someone probably just did a normal domain add. When we add domains, they automatically get set up as an additional website because our admin tools do not support aliases even though Plesk itself can handle them. The domain codecreature.net has been manually converted to an alias. It can take up to 2 hours to function.- 4 replies

Your account is suspended for High Server Usage, specifically using 200.38 GB memory when the limit is 200 GB. Node is one of the top reasons for users getting their accounts suspended, since it uses a lot of server resources. We have a Node.js guidance page in the Wiki here: https://wiki.helionet.org/Node.js and if you use Node, we recommend you structure your app in the same way as the example app in the tutorial. Following this structure will make sure your Node app uses Passenger, to help try to keep the load within the limits allowed on the shared hosting server. I have unsuspended the account now. Please fix the issue quickly or else the same high load is likely to happen, which will lead to the system suspending your account again and there are a limited number of unsuspensions that can take place for the same reason. -

HelioHost Username: jaguerra27 Server: Tommy Main domain: jaguerra27.helioho.st Today I tried to access to plex using my heliohost account (jaguerra27) and I received the notice that my account has been suspended, with no mail notificacion or hay other advise. I think it was a wrong suspenssion, because I only store a database and trying to deploy a NodeJS application, with no success, so I desist and I am only using the database. If the suspenssion is legit, at least allow me to enter to the database to made a dump, or send me to my mail if it is not possible to access, beause I have only saved the account for a read-only access to the database, the admin account is inside Plex, and I cannot enter to get it. Thank you very much.

Not sure if you've noticed this edit: It wasn't hacked. The file was a temporary script I created during emergency maintenance in 2021-2022, when cPanel was inaccessible and Plesk had not yet been deployed. It was recently flagged by the system. Since the file was created a long time ago, I didn't immediately recall it. If a reset is still required, there's no need to back up the files, as I have copies of the important files locally.

I'm looking to convert my existing helioho.st domain to an alias for my custom .net website. I'd like it to point to the root directory - I'm a little confused about this part, as I just had the .net site added and it appears that the document root was set to /codecreature.net instead of the usual /httpdocs. The wiki on parked domains says aliases can only point to the httpdocs directory. Is there a way to fix the document root? username: prax alias: codecreature.helioho.st destination for the alias: codecreature.net

Your account was hacked then. Our policy on hacked accounts is to require a reset which deletes all files and restores all settings back to default. Are there any files you need a backup of?
