A VPS comes as an empty linux box that you can configure it however you want, so you can definitely set up whatever web server you run to host multiple sites. Many of our users ask for a free control panel like Hestia to make setting up and managing a web server on their VPS simple. Note that if you want to put your subdomains under the vps133.heliohost.us domain, you'll need to contact us to have the DNS configured for each subdomain, as a VPS cannot automatically add the DNS records needed for a something.vps133.heliohost.us subdomain to work.

hello again, my username is csierrae1815, I have now moved my Node.js application to an external server (Railway) to prevent any further high memory usage on the Tommy server. However, my application is currently getting a 500 Internal Server Error because it cannot establish a remote connection to my MySQL database hosted on my HelioHost account. Here are my account details: Username: csierrae1815 Main Domain: hotel.helioho.st Server: Tommy Database Name: csierrae1815_Hotel_Laravel I have already enabled "Allow remote connections from any host" in my Plesk database settings, but the connection keeps timing out from the external IP. Please let me know if external access is possible or if it is completely blocked.

Thank you very much for the response and for unsuspending my account. I have completely moved my Node.js application to an external server to prevent any further excessive memory usage on Tommy. The account will now only be used for the frontend static files / database, ensuring it remains well within the resource limits. I appreciate your help and understanding.

Good day. Whenever i try to visit my website located on the domain hax4.fun, it redirects me to the plesk /login_up.php page instead of the index or something else. This does not seem to be an issue when looking at it in preview. Same thing happens when i enable my free assigned helioho.st domain (kekusis.helioho.st). I am not really sure what to do from here, this issue seems to have appeared on it's own when i wasn't concerned with the website. SOLVED: Seems like the ipv4 & ipv6 addresses of the plesk server have changed, so i just had to replace the old ones with the new ones in my DNS. Once again, big thanks to the HelioHost team for their amazing opportunities, nobody provides such reliable hosting at this subscriptionless price and more importantly with an active community like this.

Domains re-added. They should work within 2 hours. And yeah, I agree that messaging can be confusing especially for users with external DNS who may not realize the domain needs to be added. The page was written with the expectation that users would be using our DNS (which back in our cPanel days was actually a requirement to add the domain). For users who do use our DNS, an unconfigured domain simply doesn't resolve and returns NXDOMAIN instead of that page, so its obvious its not set up. When external DNS is used, it's possible to force an unconfigured domain to resolve, and the server just shows that page because it has no idea what to do with requests for the domain.

Please don't create multiple threads for the same topic. It's possible the backup was performed before you created your PHP file. You'll need to either look for the PHP file in your own backup, or recreate it from scratch.

It seems the "your domain should start working" is bad messaging. Now the counter resets to 1h 51m. It doesn't establish that the domain owner is the one looking, and promises something not delivered. Should be, "Domain Unconfigured. New domains will be reloaded in {time}"...

These need a destination again in my Johnny account: hotnova.com gpt.hotnova.com DNS is externally hosted. https autocerts by johnny were doing their thing before. yamahasho.heliohost.us (or can be sho.heliohost.us if not looking too impersonating), by Heliohost DNS. Had it before (or a mis-remembered likeness). No plesk domains yet, no subdirectories. Currently for http://gpt.hotnova.com/ - a confusing (and un-selectable) Heliohost text "your domain should start working in about 32 minutes) half a day later after account re-creation. --unnecessary reminder: Added subdomains can take up to 2 hours to start working.-- Thanks!
