No problem. Let us know if you need help with anything else. We used to only allow 2 cron runs per day, and you're running about 1200 per day so I don't consider this an issue that your load is right around 8k per day. 1200 cron runs per day is pretty generous for a free service.

Looks like you installed it from Softaculous. You can uninstall it from this page: https://tommy.heliohost.org/modules/softaculous/index.php?act=installations Click the red trashcan icon next to the installation and follow the prompts. After that, if it doesn't remove them automatically, you can delete the files and drop the database.

I've added that domain to your account for you. Please note that it may take up to 2 hours for the domain change to take effect, and it will not work until you set up your DNS with your domain registrar. To configure your DNS, please see the steps provided on our Wiki to either set NS records pointed at the HelioHost nameservers, or create A/AAAA records and point them to your server's IPv4/IPv6 address: https://wiki.helionet.org/Addon_Domains#Custom_Addon_Domains If after a full 2 hours it doesn't work on your side, please make sure you clear your web browser cache: https://wiki.helionet.org/Clear_Your_Cache

You can view the suspension reason by visiting your website URL and it'll be listed there. Your account was suspended for High server load: 10009.30 CPU. Have you made any changes to your site recently that could have caused the higher load? Please let us know when you're ready to check and fix the issue and we can unsuspend you.

I've added that subdomain to your account for you. Please note that it may take up to 2 hours for the change to take effect. If after a full 2 hours it doesn't work on your side, please make sure you clear your web browser cache: https://wiki.helionet.org/Clear_Your_Cache

It looks like Apache was rebooting during that time. It's normal to see a momentary server error during that time: https://wiki.helionet.org/502_Bad_Gateway

[Solved] Please unsuspend giensch
goensch replied to goensch's topic in Suspended and Queued Accounts
I can log in. When I try to load, execute a PHP. Which ran before. I get.... Service Unavailable The server is temporarily unable to service your request due to maintenance downtime or capacity problems. Please try again later Do I simply need to wait? Jochen -
Domain's all set up. Thanks for the support!

Account unsuspended, it'll resume working within the next two hours. You were suspended for using 10005.80 CPU. I'm unsure exactly of what the cause was, but an administrator might provide some extra insight.

Your account was suspended for High Server Load: 10140.80 CPU. I've reset your account as requested. You should receive an email shortly so you can take the next steps to recreate it. I made a backup before the reset, so if you discover you need any of your old files, you can download the backup here: https://heliohost.org/backup If you're not sure how to extract the backup files, please follow our how-to guide here: https://wiki.helionet.org/Account_Backups

[Solved] Outgoing connection to Aiven PostgreSQL is refused
khanin replied to khanin's topic in Escalated Requests
Yes, thank you. I got it, will reach out to them regarding a static IP. -
You would create the record on your domain registrar's dashboard, using the IP addresses found in Plesk. Please see this page for more info on setting up your DNS: https://wiki.helionet.org/Addon_Domains#DNS_Records

Thanks for letting us know. I've canceled the pending suspension for your Tommy account.

Rebooted, however due to insufficient memory to restart cleanly it had to be hard reset which can damage the filesystem over time the more it is done, we recommend either upgrading, resolving the underlying issue, or doing a rebuild.
-
Domain added, it'll take effect in about 95 minutes. You'll need to create an A/AAAA record to Morty's IP if you're not using HelioHost's nameservers.

I have removed all the domains except jeffersonmidei.helioho.st, as that is your main domain. Is there a domain you would prefer to become your main domain? I cannot remove it without replacing it with something else.
-
Looks like wolstech added this domain for you. Remember to create an A/AAAA record to Johnny's IP if you're not using our nameservers.

[Solved] I cant open vps. ping return timeout

Glad to hear it's solved. If you notice anything's wrong, feel free to reach back out. -
This morning the city in California where our datacenter is located had a power outage. It took the city a few hours to restore the power, but once the power was back on all of our servers booted up. Everything should be online and fully functional now, but if you notice any issues please let us know.
