Good morning, yesterday I upgraded my plan to Tommy with 6000MB (at least that's what it said when I paid the $2), but it has remained as Tommy at 1000MB.

I'm not sure why you would want to hide your domain. Most people spend good money to make their domains as visible as possible. The more places your domain is listed the more likely you are to show up on the first page of a search engine when people search for something. It's kind of comical to me that seo bots are constantly spamming us trying to get their domains listed on this forum for a search engine boost, and we ban them. Meanwhile our legitimate users, who are getting a good free seo boost from listing their domains on our site, are asking for them to be removed. If you want your domain to be removed because you're trying to implement some "security by obscurity" it is doomed to failure. Even if you choose a random 100+ character domain name with no dictionary words and never post it anywhere, the bots will find it eventually and spam it anyways, and it will get listed on search engines, or whatever.

You have root access to your VPS so you can open or close all 65535 ports yourself. We recommend not using VNC (as we already explained) because installing a desktop uses a lot of memory. Most desktops recommend 8 GB of memory for best performance. The recommended way to access your VPS is via SSH. This will result in the best performance, and a much smaller memory footprint. If you refuse to take our advice and install a desktop anyways, here's the command you could run to open port 5901 sudo ufw allow 5901/tcp

Only domains ending in .heliohost.us and .helioho.st are free. That domain shows as being registered to Otis Elevator Company, so I doubt you own this domain, and such can't use it. If you do own it, you're welcome to host it here, but we don't want to go through the work of setting it up only for you realize this afterwards.

Yeah, everything looks good on our end. The new subscription was created, and it should start billing in 11 days after your existing balance is used up.

Since the limit is now 5, I'm going to archive this account and use FreeHostia.
