Hello,

HelioHost username: allpeptides
Server: Johnny
Main domain: allpeptides.net

My account appears suspended due to exceeding the 1000 MB storage limit.
I can’t access Plesk/File Manager to delete large files and reduce usage.

Could you please temporarily unsuspend the account so I can delete files,
or (if easier) delete a few large items for me (old backups / archives / logs / trash) to bring me back under the limit?

No worries on the duplicate topic, however I can't take a look at the disk space issue because the account is currently archived. If you want us to take a look and possibly delete some of your unnecessary files for you, you'll need to unarchive the account first.

Dear wolstech,

Thank you for your reply, I decided to delete this account and associated domain and start fresh with a Tommy hosting plan. This support topic can be closed.
