I still don't have any new ideas why this is timing out for you on both Tommy and Johnny. We haven't had anyone else report any issues connecting to MariaDB remotely, and I've tested it from a dozen different locations and they can all connect to MariaDB on both Tommy and Johnny without any issues. The fact that it's saying "timed out" rather than like "permission denied" or some other error means it's a network issue of some sort because you're not even getting to MariaDB for it to be a username, password, or server side configuration. Let us know if you ever figure it out.

Sorry Wolstech, but it seems that the file is still missing, because I still see the error file in both folders: when you replaced it, it was visible, but after a while the problem returned...

[Krydos] have opcache enabled on my domain
wolstech replied to cancian's topic in Escalated Requests
Redis is definitely not supported unless you provide your own redis server to use it with. We don't offer Redis hosting. Opcache is technically possible, but a quick google makes me think it might cause increased memory usage which may get you suspended. Your memory usage is already at 75% of the limit (150GB cumulative use per day, as measured by sampling actual use every 60 seconds and adding together). We have a limit of 200GB per day on all plans except Morty (Morty charges you fees for going over 200 instead of suspending you). - Today

[Solved] Remove domain and add new domain
hostmysiteplease replied to hostmysiteplease's topic in Customer Service
Thanks! -
I just went to add these and learned that Plesk does not support creating aliases to a subdomain (it can only alias the actual addon domain). The below aliases cannot be created as a result: teste.centralmacatuba.dpdns.org mcp.centralmacatuba.qzz.io cdn.centralmacatuba.qzz.io cdn.centralmacatuba.dpdns.org

Hello! Just in case you weren't aware, you are allowed to ask for more than 1 domain to be added in a post. 🙂 I've added that domain to your account for you. Please note that it may take up to 2 hours for the domain change to take effect, and it will not work until you set up your DNS with your domain registrar. To configure your DNS, please see the steps provided on our Wiki to either set NS records pointed at the HelioHost nameservers, or create A/AAAA records and point them to your server's IPv4/IPv6 address: https://wiki.helionet.org/Addon_Domains#Custom_Addon_Domains If after a full 2 hours it doesn't work on your side, please make sure you clear your web browser cache: https://wiki.helionet.org/Clear_Your_Cache

[Solved] Change e-mail for login in a vps account
b0chard replied to b0chard's topic in Escalated Requests
Thank you!! -
I tried forwarding all my cancian@ateus.net to ateusnet@gmail.com, just to join both accounts, it didn't work due to the 10 mails/hour limit. Ok, but now I can't seem to disable that, and every time I send an email to cancian@ateus.net I get another copy at ateusnet@gmail.com. External emails don't get forwarded. Could you check if there is some sort of loop going on? I've deleted and rebuilt all the mail accounts, and this doesn't disable the forwarding. And the logs say I'm somehow sending too much mail.

Domain removed. since removing a domain sometimes deletes the files associated with it, you can download a backup of your account before the removal at https://heliohost.org/backup
-
No problem. Let us know if you need help with anything else.

Thank you @wolstech! Changing the password worked. It probably just a weird bug.

Subdomains added. it can take up to 2 hours for them to start working. Also in the future, do not post support related topics in the Suspended and Queued accounts section of the forum unless your account is suspended, Post's like this are to be posted in the Customer Service section instead.

I've changed the main domain on your account for you. Please note that it may take up to 2 hours for the domain change to take effect, and it will not work until you set up your DNS with your domain registrar. To configure your DNS, please see the steps provided on our Wiki to either set NS records pointed at the HelioHost nameservers, or create A/AAAA records and point them to your server's IPv4/IPv6 address: https://wiki.helionet.org/Changing_Your_Main_Domain#Custom_Domains If after a full 2 hours it doesn't work on your side, please make sure you clear your web browser cache: https://wiki.helionet.org/Clear_Your_Cache Since there is a risk of data loss when main domains are changed, I made a full account backup for you before I made the changes, in case you need any files from the old domain. You can download the backup here: https://heliohost.org/backup If you're not sure how to extract the backup files, please follow our how-to guide here: https://wiki.helionet.org/Account_Backups Finally, we don't need to see the order certificate from nic. I've deleted the file from your post for privacy and data protection reasons, since it contained your full name and that doesn't need to be shared publicly. 🙂
