Hello HelioHost Support, Thank you for reaching out and for your work in keeping the community fair. I’d like to clarify the situation: I did not mean to violate the Terms of Service. I only logged in to another account because I was in the middle of coding and wanted to install cPanel on that account. I got careless while switching accounts and did not realize this might trigger a multiple-account warning. I have no intention of abusing the service or creating unnecessary accounts. Please keep my [specify which account you want to keep the account under this email active, as that is the one I primarily use. [Solved] Removal of domain and adding of domain

You're welcome! I see you've also asked for the modules here so please follow that thread for updates. By the way, raising the new thread for the modules was the right thing to do. 🙂 Admins like myself can add/remove domains, but only a root admin can add Python modules, so keeping reach request for domains and modules in its own separate thread makes it easier to get the request to the right admin level who can make the changes needed. -
When asking for modules to be added, please be sure to provide which version of Python you're using. You're on the Tommy server, so are you using Python 3.9 or 3.12? Generally we require people to request forum account deletion by logging in to the forum account you want deleted and making a post like "delete this forum account, please". The reason for this is so people can't just request deletion of random other people's forum accounts. For instance, Krydos says, "Delete my extra MoneyBroz forum account that I no longer have access to." Why don't you have access to that forum account anymore? Have you tried resetting the password?

For one time donations, just a Tommy account and extra space at the moment. Sometimes we offer additional incentives when we have fundraisers though. Our other offerings (Morty and VPS) are commercial subscriptions that have to be continuously paid for to keep them active. Morty accounts turn into Tommy accounts if they run out of money. VPSes get turned off and eventually deleted.

We are not a domain registrar, so cannot accept a domain transfer. You need a service like namecheap for that. To actually host the website on that domain here, all you need to do is change the domain's nameservers to ours and request the domain be added to your hosting account.

Your account has been reset. Once the reset finishes, you'll receive an email with a link to set up a fresh account. Your account was well overdue for a reset anyway...it was a legacy cPanel transfer account, so the reset will not only fix your space issue from Node, it will also fix a lot of bugs The content of your old account will be available at https://heliohost.org/backup/ once the reset completes.

Mercury VPS Setup with Plesk for Capstone Project

Plesk isn’t free and adds a substantial amount (I want to say ~$14/month, possibly more) to the cost of the VPS for the license. Also, I’m not even sure it would run on the limited memory of a mercury VPS. Most VPS users prefer something free like Hestia instead. Do you still want Plesk? -
Yes, our service supports both. You can create the database and select PHP versions in Plesk.

[Krydos] Request Remote Access to PostgreSQL

This database is a MariaDB database, not a PostgreSQL database. You can enable remote connections to MariaDB yourself through Plesk. If you truly want to use PostgreSQL you need to create a PostgreSQL database, not a MariaDB one and then let us know the database name and database username you want to have access. -

Server should be morty.heliohost.org, port 465. Username and password should be any email address and password you created in Plesk. Note that there is a sending limit of 50 emails per day.
