It's not much for a single sale, but as you can imagine if thousands of people buy their domains with our affiliate link it starts to add up.

SSH is disabled on shared hosting for security reasons. if you need to use it, then you would have to get a VPS.

The backup archive isn't meant to be restored directly, bur rather it needs to be unpacked on your PC. You can import the .sql file to an empty database to restore the database.
