The pending suspension for that account has been cancelled. The other user hasn't contacted us yet, so easy enough for us to fix. Shared IPs do indeed cause this issue, and it's been occurring more and more frequently lately due to the use of VPNs along with smaller providers using networks with frequently rotating / shared exit IPs...

DKIM, SPF, and DMARC have been set up for the domain tanzilskill.helioho.st. When you register or finish a reset, it can take several minutes (or longer in some cases) before you can log in again. The account has since finished creating though, so it should be working at this point. If you still still can't log in, try resetting the password: https://heliohost.org/reset/

If you read the link I already sent you https://wiki.helionet.org/Common_Software_Load you can see a lot of other options, and the estimated load they will cause at various traffic rates. If you're unable to click the link or view our wiki for some reason I can say that Drupal might be similar to Wordpress, but causes a lot less load, and has a lot less chance of being hacked.

If anyone else at your workplace wants to create an account, please let us know beforehand so everyone doesn't end up suspended again.
