  2. Hello HelioHost team, Thank you for your message and for the great work you do providing this service to the community. I would like to clarify that I have not violated the Terms of Service. I only have one active account and have not created or used any additional accounts, nor have I shared it with anyone else. It's possible that the alert was triggered due to a shared or public network I recently used to log in (for example, from work or school), which could have caused this misunderstanding. Please review my case again, as I'm sure I comply with the Terms and do not have more than one account. Let me know if you need any additional information from me. Thank you for your time and attention. Best regards, Yolder
  3. Dear HelioHost Support Team, Thank you for reaching out to me regarding this issue. I appreciate the transparency and the opportunity to clarify the situation. I would like to confirm that I have not created more than one account, nor have I violated the Terms of Service in any way to the best of my knowledge. I understand and fully respect your policies, especially given the limited resources available and the high demand for hosting. If the alert was triggered by a shared internet connection or dynamic IP address, that may be the cause, as I occasionally connect from a public or work network. However, I assure you that I maintain and access only my own personal account, and I am not managing any accounts on behalf of others. Please let me know if you require any additional information from my end to verify this. I value your service and would be happy to cooperate fully to resolve this matter. Thank you again for your time and support. Sincerely, Yolder
  4. When requesting to add a domain, please make sure you specify the entire domain you want added, including the TLD (.com, .net. .heliohost.us, .helioho.st, etc) to make it easier for staff to understand the request. Since you already have a helioho.st domain on your account now, I've guessed you would want the same thing and have now added anchietareboque.helioho.st to your account. If this isn't what you wanted, please let us know the full domain you want added. The domain addition may take up to 2 hours to take effect. If after a full 2 hours it doesn't work on your side, please make sure you clear your web browser cache: https://wiki.helionet.org/Clear_Your_Cache
  5. Domain changed. It can take up to 2 hours to function.
  6. That account is not suspended. The server's /tmp folder was full, which has since been fixed.
  7. Should be fixed. /tmp was full again...
  8. Your VPS is ready now, and you should have received an email about it. Depending on the OS you select it can take anywhere between 6 minutes to 24 hours for it to be ready. CentOS Stream 10 is closer to the 24 hour end of the spectrum. In fact, you're the only person who has ever requested this OS.
  9. Something like this may work depending on your software. Make sure the port matches what port your websocket is running on. RewriteEngine on RewriteRule (.*) http://127.0.0.1:33333/$1 [P,L]
  10. Hello, my account was suspended. I'm a college student and dont't have access to a laptop; I only have a Desktop computer. So I use the university computer and my computer to access the database.
  11. Yesterday
  12. The httpdocs folder is Plesk's equivalent of public_html. You can just put the files in there.
  13. Last week
  14. Just got an email that says “Possible Terms of Service violation detected”, i guess it’s because of login into my account from the lab of the university, maybe some other colleagues did the same on the same host (heliohost)
  15. I'm not sure why you need all of these installed. Most people just use one type of database at a time. Nonetheless, they have been installed.
  16. Hello everyone, I'm new on this software and I'm happy that solution like this exists. I need your help, I'm sure I'm doing somethnig wrong. I had my Pyton app running on Render, I've now adjusted the files in my Git repo, I successfully sync the repo and get it into my httpdocs folder. I've adjusted the file to have a sample webpage but I still seeing nothing and receive the 503 error Service unavailable. Even in the logs I don't see more. What am I doing wrong? Thanks for any suggest.
  17. Are you still interested in signing up for a VPS?
  18. Glad it's working. Let us know if you need help with anything else.
  19. SSH is not permitted for security reasons. There are ways to run a telegram bot without SSH though. The method used for starting and stopping a Discord bot can be easily adapted for example: https://wiki.helionet.org/Discord_Bot#Starting_and_Stopping_Your_Bot
  20. Marking solved since the requested components are already present.
  21. You can start by answering simple questions that users ask, such as how to add a domain or why is my website showing 504 errors for example. Most of these answers are found on the wiki. Eventually if you continue to be helpful you can get promoted to helper and even a Moderator, that's how all of us started out.
  22. Domain removed and new domain added, it can take up to 2 hours to start working. since removing a domain sometimes deletes the files associated with it, you can download a backup of your account before the removal at https://heliohost.org/backup
  23. Does it work now?
  24. Thank you
  25. Domain added, will take effect in an hour and a half.
  26. Thanks, it's working now. Regards, MD Shifat Bin Siddique
  27. Thanks! It's all working perfectly, now!
