  2. Thank you very much guys. Joomla seems to be pretty popular at the moment. I might try it instead. Thanks again Andy
  3. Today
  4. Good day, wolstech! Thank you for your prompt response. I appreciate your accommodation to my concern. The sudden spike of memory usage was probably because of my multiple attempts to run NPM commands in one of my Node applications last week. I had problems with running `npm run dev` command since no outputs were shown during my attempt to run my Vue app in development mode. Again, I sincerely apologize for exceeding my memory limits beyond what is provisioned under my Tommy account. I'll be mindful of using my account resources well moving forward.
  5. Closing due to inactivity since there has been no response in this thread for over a week. If you're still having this issue or need help with something else please open a new ticket.

  8. Unsuspended. it can take a few minutes to start working.

  10. Domain added, it'll take effect in about twenty minutes. You'll need to create an A/AAAA record to Tommy's IP address or switch to HelioHost's nameservers (if you haven't already) for the domain to work.
  11. Glad to hear that you figured it out.
  12. I've added that domain to your account for you. Please note that it may take up to 2 hours for the domain change to take effect, and it will not work until you set up your DNS with your domain registrar. To configure your DNS, please see the steps provided on our Wiki to either set NS records pointed at the HelioHost nameservers, or create A/AAAA records and point them to your server's IPv4/IPv6 address: https://wiki.helionet.org/Addon_Domains#Custom_Addon_Domains If after a full 2 hours it doesn't work on your side, please make sure you clear your web browser cache: https://wiki.helionet.org/Clear_Your_Cache
  13. Your account has been reset, so you'll need to recreate it using the link sent to your email address. If you own that domain, we can certainly add it for you. We can add up to ten custom domains for you, but unless you request .heliohost.us or .helioho.st domains, you'll need to purchase one from a domain registrar.
  14. You were originally suspended for possibly have more than one account, after further investigation on our end we determined that you are using a shared IP address with another user so your account has been unsuspended.
  15. Oh, that would explain it. An exclusion for the shared IP has been added. Please let us know if you need anything else.
  16. Main domain changed and new domain added. it can take up to 2 hours for the new domains to start working.
  17. You've also created a request here: https://helionet.org/index/topic/65534-regarding-domain-add-remove/ Please note that creating duplicate requests can lead to delays in responses to you. Please see here for more details: https://wiki.helionet.org/FAQ#Where_do_I_ask_for_help?
  18. You're very welcome! 🙂 Please let us know if we can help with anything else!

  20. Yes, I definitely do need a backup of my files, thanks for asking! Let me do that and get back to you once it's been completed.

  26. I've reset your account as requested. You should receive an email shortly so you can take the next steps to recreate it. If you only want the 1 domain online.helioho.st then please enter that when the account signup form asks you to choose a domain and if it's available, it will become your new main domain. If you want the online domain added as a 2nd domain, please let us know when you've recreated your account, and we can add it as a 2nd domain for you at that point. 🙂 I made a backup before the reset, so if you discover you need any of your old files, you can download the backup here: https://heliohost.org/backup If you're not sure how to extract the backup files, please follow our how-to guide here: https://wiki.helionet.org/Account_Backups
  27. With the colon. Gmail search should let you do "filename:<extension>" to find emails with files that have a given extension.
