    When you register or finish a reset, it can take several minutes (or longer in some cases) before you can log in again. The account has since finished creating though, so it should be working at this point. If you still still can't log in, try resetting the password: https://heliohost.org/reset/

    Since we've just reset your account as you requested here, it's not possible to troubleshoot this issue as all files are deleted as part of the reset process. Once you have recreated your account after the reset, please let us know if you encounter this problem again. Thanks!

If you're unable to click the link or view our wiki for some reason I can say that Drupal might be similar to Wordpress, but causes a lot less load, and has a lot less chance of being hacked.

    Domain added, it'll take effect in about an hour. You'll need to create an A/AAAA record to Tommy's IP or switch to HelioHost's nameservers for the domain to work.

    The suspensions for these 2 accounts have been cancelled and the accounts have been excluded. If anyone else at your workplace wants to create an account, please let us know beforehand so everyone doesn't end up suspended again. Also, please be sure the accounts are not and will not be utilized for cross-hosting (spreading a large project across more than one account). Doing so will result in a suspension for evading the resource limits.

    You’re suspended for having more than one account. Users are only allowed to have one account. The other account you matched with already requested unsuspension and is currently active. Do you know why our system might think you have a second account?

    I’m not familiar with Brevo, so I can’t comment on that, but I’ve been using SMTPmart for my email campaigns and I’ve been really impressed with their service. It’s been reliable for sending marketing and bulk emails, and the setup was pretty straightforward. Hope that helps!

    Remote access was already enabled for that database, and the remote access was transferred to Morty when your account was moved. The problem is you're using the host "morty.heliohost.org" and you should be using the host "65.19.154.94".     Changes to the state of a domain take up to 2 hours to take effect. It's not instant. The domain is already working for me though, so if you're still seeing a 404 error, please clear your cache.
