Hi, my username is cancian, and I can't send emails using my IMAP account or via PHP on my websites. I've tried using tommy.heliohost.org as the IMAP server, but it still just receives emails, it doesn't send any. The "forgot my password" also doesn't work on my websites, no mail is sent. The affected domains are "Ateus.net" and "Dietclock.app". Any help is appreciated.

I tried forwarding all my cancian@ateus.net to ateusnet@gmail.com, just to join both accounts, it didn't work due to the 10 mails/hour limit. Ok, but now I can't seem to disable that, and every time I send an email to cancian@ateus.net I get another copy at ateusnet@gmail.com. External emails don't get forwarded. Could you check if there is some sort of loop going on? I've deleted and rebuilt all the mail accounts, and this doesn't disable the forwarding. And the logs say I'm somehow sending too much mail.

Domain removed. since removing a domain sometimes deletes the files associated with it, you can download a backup of your account before the removal at https://heliohost.org/backup

.linkpc.net and .publicvm.com have been removed and jo3.org and .run.place has been added and updated with links Will work on sites later.

Domain added. please be sure to configure DNS with either our name servers (ns1.heliohost.org and ns2.heliohost.org) or by using A and AAAA records pointed to the IPs shown in Plesk. The domain can take up to 2 hours to function.

Should be fixed for the minutice and costajca domains but may take 2 hours to take effect. For mail, the officially supported solution is to use morty.heliohost.org as the IMAP and SMTP host names. There is no webmail or mail subdomain under the elearning domain (fourth level domains don't have these), so you won't be able to get a certificate for those. Wildcard certificates are not supported on our service.
