Hi, it is said that my brother got an email about double account for one user. Actually, we are sharing device and network as it stated in your email about some causes to this issue. I'm sorry if you think we are the same person but we both only share the device yet we keep it separated in using it. I also use my brother's Paypal to donate as I'm still underage and doesn't have any bank account to do so. I'm hoping you can take back this suspension. I'm sorry for inconvenience and I'll make sure I will be more careful after this.

I just tested the Johnny signup process and it worked fine for me. Plus other people were able to create Johnny accounts an hour and 22 minutes ago. What browser are you using?

You can move to Morty instead to avoid the inactivity requirement if you want. That server replaces the activity requirement with a $1/month fee instead. Otherwise, as above, this requirement has been the same for 15+ years. Not sure where you read the incorrect information you have, but the instructions in Unknown025's post are correct. The only thing that avoids suspension for inactivity aside from paying for Morty is to log in at https://heliohost.org/login/ once every 30 days. Email use, FTP, web traffic etc. does not count as activity. Also, for the support and reminder emails not working, it's because you unsubscribed. If you unsubscribe from any of our emails, you will receive NO emails from us, with the sole exception of Terms of Service update notices (which are required for legal reasons). That means you can't use email support and won't receive inactivity reminders. Do you want me to resubscribe you so you can use support and you're alerted prior to inactivity suspension next time?

I have created a full backup, and reset your account. If you need any of your files from before the reset you can download them from https://heliohost.org/backup The instructions for extracting the backup can be found at https://wiki.helionet.org/Account_Backups In a few minutes you'll receive an email with a link to take the next step in the reset process. I recommend setting your .love domain as your main domain after the reset. You will still have your 7000 MB storage space after the reset. Let us know if you need help with anything else.
