500 Internal Server Error on atenahub.app.br (Morty server)

Hi MoneyBroz, Thank you for the update. Changing the hostname to morty2.heliohost.org fixed my remote database access via HeidiSQL. However, the production site atenahub.app.br is still returning a 500 Internal Server Error even after updating the internal database connection strings. Since my account was recently moved to the new server, The Python + Flask environment and WSGI configurations were fully preserved during the migration? The WSGI restart/reload mechanism is functioning correctly for my account on morty2? Thanks! - Today

Johnny server issue - DB missing - Morty transfer

An administrator will be able to help with the Morty migration and your missing database files. It is possible that your database may be recoverable, but as always, we recommend creating your own backups. What name(s) did you use in your database? -

During signup you'll be able to pick one domain as your main domain, but after the account is created we can add additional domains to the account. You can download a backup of your Johnny data from https://heliohost.org/backup but not all of the recovered data is in there yet. If you're missing anything let us know and we can try to find more for you. Let us know if you have any issues getting your websites back online. Our apologies for the downtime. We should have rebuilt Johnny sooner before this happened.

Your account was suspended because you exceeded your storage limit. You have 3 options to regain access to your account: You are able to regain access to your account immediately without waiting for an admin by increasing your account's storage space. This storage space upgrade is good for the life of the account, and has no monthly cost. Tell us which files you would like deleted and an admin can delete them for you to get you back under your current storage limit. If you're not sure which files are taking up all of your space an admin can provide a detailed storage space usage report for you. We can also reset your account for you which deletes all files, deletes all settings, and restores your account back to the default state with 0 MB of storage usage.
