I've been using my account to run a Rails application, but in an attempt to upload a newer codebase must have erased some config that Passenger needs so now no Rails apps run. Instead I just get a 403 Forbidden error for any URL on my host. Happy to have everything except the PostGreSQL database wiped and started again.

Account name: permanentway

Host https://permanentway.helioho.st/

Thanks.

An account reset will wipe the entire account, and reset it back to the defaults as if it was a brand new account. We cannot exclude a database from an account reset.

If you want your account wiped, please make a backup of your database and any other files you will need. Make sure you download the backup to your local machine, don't just leave it in Plesk since it'll get wiped from there during the reset.
You can find more information about how to create and download an account backup in our technical documentation Wiki here: https://wiki.helionet.org/Account_Backups

Please let us know once you've made and downloaded your backup, so we can start the reset process for you.

Don't know if you did anything, or if my messing around accidentally worked, but it's back up and running again, so the reset isn't required.

Thank you anyway, and I'll bear all that in mind for the future!

We didn't do anything on our side, so you must have fixed it accidentally. 🙂

I'll mark this as Solved but let us know (by starting a new thread) if you need help with anything else!
