  2. Actually, I did read the mail and updated the IP address to the different IP. However, still, I'm receiving the 'no pg_hba.conf entry for host' error, which in al previous cases meant that I had to request remote access to the database. I've checked the IP address and confirmed I changed it to the IP address which is in the mail. Still I receive the 'no pg_hba.conf' error. Do you have any idea what it could be else? Thank you in advance!
  3. both sites were down after the migration. After raising a ticket the database issue was fixed. Worked fine after that. There is no auto update for wordpress enabled. Then after a week, the 500/503 errors started appearing.
  4. https://thirugns.helioho.st/blog/ still shows 503 error. The other blog https://blog.thirugns.helioho.st/ show the landing/index page, but when i click any post it also lands on 503. Also the sites have become very slow after the migration.
  5. This person had a VPS, not a Plesk account. I'm not sure where they changed their email address. Maybe on the forum? VPS don't automatically update their email address from the forum if you change the forum email address. This person has already deleted their VPS for some reason though so I guess we'll just mark it as solved. @thywickedone If you deleted your VPS because you can't change your email address, we can change the email address and rebuild it for you. For VPS by default we just set the email address to whatever your PayPal account is using.
  6. You're not suspended for high load, you're suspended because Wordpress got hacked and is full of malware. This is very common for Wordpress unfortunately (especially when dubious extensions are used or when updates are not installed promptly), and is one of the major reasons we recommend users avoid using it. Your account will need to be reset without a backup in order to be unsuspended. Are you ready to start over?

  8. I tried mail-tester and got a 10/10 score. Thanks everyone!
  9. It is completely possible it was hit by bots or the like. You may want to review your logs and see if there's an unusually large number of requests (especially ones that look like they're searching for vulnerabilities or beating on the login page) and block them with .htaccess.
  10. Domain added, will take effect in about an hour. If you're not using HelioHost's nameservers, you'll need to create an A/AAAA record to Johnny's IP for the domain to work. Your username is the name you use to login at https://heliohost.org/login. We can sometimes find your hosting account from your forum username, but they're not always linked. Unless you set xn--plised-pxa.ee as your main domain during the registration process, it's not currently possible to add domains by yourself.
  11. Domains re-added, they'll take effect in about an hour. If you're not using HelioHost's nameservers, you'll need to update your A/AAAA records to Johnny's IP address.
  12. Great to hear you enjoyed the experience here and learn something from it! You should be able to cancel your VPS here: https://heliohost.org/dashboard/cancel/ If that doesn’t work, let us know and I’ll have Krydos cancel it for you.
  13. Installed. You can see the current list of modules and their versions for Morty's Python 3.14 at https://morty2-info.heliohost.org/pyinfo/info3.14.py

Yes, if you need more domains added to your account you can follow these steps Click this link https://helionet.org/index/forum/45-customer-service/?do=add to start a new support request. Provide your username. Provide the domain you want added.
  15. It looks like you deleted your account for the reason "performance issues". Tommy is quite slow right now due to being overdue for a rebuild. We're going to be upgrading Tommy in the next month or so which should improve the performance quite a bit. Even after the rebuild Tommy will still be more crowded and slower than our Morty plan though. If you'd like to try Morty for a bit to see if that fixes your issues with performance let us know.
  16. Thank you very much 🙏
  17. I see, ok i went by what it told me to do. I reversed it to tommy.heliohost.org and i was successful. Thank you for helping out. In that case the problem is solved. That should be pinned in plesk or in the wiki Thanks again!
  18. Remote access enabled. host=65.19.154.90 port=5432 user=dvdbrugnoli_RestaurantManagerADMIN dbname=dvdbrugnoli_RM password=<set in Plesk>

  20. Domain added. It can take up to 2 hours to start working.
  21. Correct. SQLite3 is actually built into every Python 3.14 by default too, but we recommend using MariaDB or PostgreSQL because they're easier to get working, and better performance. This module is really ancient and doesn't even work with Python 3.0. For Python 3.14 I installed Beautifulsoup4 instead. You can see the current list of installed modules for Johnny's Python 3.14 at https://johnny-info.heliohost.org/pyinfo/info3.14.py
  22. Thanks, everything works. Topic can be closed and result of mail tester was again 10/10. Just have to figure out - again - how to set up the mail.domain.com part Thank you
  23. Domain added.
  24. Domain added. It can take up to 2 hours to start working.
  25. I've changed the main domain on your account for you. Please note that it may take up to 2 hours for your new domain to fully work. If after a full 2 hours it doesn't work on your side, please make sure you clear your web browser cache: https://wiki.helionet.org/Clear_Your_Cache Please note there is a risk of data loss when main domains are changed, so I made a full backup for you before I made the changes, in case you need any files from the old domain. You can download the backup here: https://heliohost.org/backup If you're not sure how to extract the backup files, please follow our how-to guide here: https://wiki.helionet.org/Account_Backups
  26. Please provide the following information: Database name 5-10 table names from the database Any unique string of data that may be in the database
