Where are you seeing that error?

1) When I log in to Plesk --> Websites & Domains --> Hosting -->
"Dependent row(s) 'SysUsers.id = 3074' isn't found for
'hosting.sys_user_id = 3074'."

2) On Websites & Domains --> Domain name --> club.helioho.st, "no
hosting" appears;

3) When I try to access my domain at the URL http://clab.helios.st/, the
message "Unable to reach site DNS_PROBE_FINISHED_NXDOMAIN" appears.

Since you have chosen to remove your duplicate account with username clabur19 as confirmed in this thread (https://helionet.org/index/topic/68138-request-add-domain/#findComment-302810), there's no point troubleshooting the account being closed due to violating our terms of service.
