KazVee Posted May 16 Posted May 16 Hello. Looks like you also posted a duplicate request for the same question on Discord. https://discord.com/channels/398197622168616962/398538798994161664/1505168545267318895 Since all staff are unpaid volunteers who donate their free time outside of real-life commitments (paid job, school, family, etc.) we prefer to eliminate unnecessary duplication of time and work. To understand how Community-Powered Technical Support works, visit: https://wiki.helionet.org/FAQ#How_does_community-powered_support_work? For support response timelines (SLAs and ETAs), check: https://wiki.helionet.org/ETA Asking the same question in multiple places can lead to wasted staff time and effort, resulting in slower support timescales for you and all the other users of the service. This is the answer we provided to you in Discord: A root admin can check again to see if they can locate the database for you. However "customer" implies you're running a production business site on Johnny. Can you please clarify since this would potentially violate the terms of HelioHost's nonprofit licensing agreement with Plesk. You can read more in the Terms of Service you agreed to follow when creating your account. Specifically the line that says: - Johnny and Tommy plans are intended for non-commercial uses, such as hobbyists, development environments, registered nonprofits, and personal websites. Microbusinesses that just launched are acceptable but are subject to review. HelioHost reserves the right to require users switch to Morty or a VPS if it is determined that your website belongs to a commercial business. This is a requirement of Plesk's nonprofit licensing. https://wiki.helionet.org/Terms You also agreed to take responsibility for your own backups, as clarified by this line in the Terms of Service: - You agree to not hold HelioHost liable for any loss of data, content, revenues, relationships, or traffic that occurs as a result of a systems failure or outage. Krydos Posted May 16 Posted May 16 Can you list all of the tables that are in this database? Also, microbusinesses are fine on Johnny and Tommy on the non-profit licenses. If your business starts to get bigger and you start to make more money it will no longer qualify as a microbusiness anymore and you'll need to move to Morty which is running a commercial license.
HelioHost Posted May 17 Author Posted May 17 Thanks for your support It only contains two tables, named Usuarios and Transactions Thks very much El dom., 17 may. 2026 1:24, HelioHost Support escribi?: > Can you list all of the tables that are in this database? Krydos Posted May 17 Posted May 17 I'm not seeing any databases that only have those 2 table names. Is there some unique string of data that might be inside the database?
HelioHost Posted May 17 Author Posted May 17 Hello friend I'm sure that the database contains those tables at least, since I have checked the program that accedes the database, perhaps could exist one more table Have you found a database called cfasystems_margarita? Many Thanks El dom., 17 may. 2026 19:06, HelioHost Support escribi?: > I'm not seeing any databases that only have those 2 table names. Krydos Posted May 17 Posted May 17 There are zero databases with a table with margarita in the table name. It seems like you're going to have restore from whatever the last backup you made yourself.
KazVee Posted May 17 Posted May 17 Looks like the user raised a 3rd request here: https://helionet.org/index/topic/67904-hh192631-re-johnny-rebuild/ Which has also now been answered with the above conclusion that they'll need to restore the site from their own backups.
HelioHost Posted May 24 Author Posted May 24 Thanks, heliohost team I think my data is actually lost How can I get a free Morty account while jonny server is being raised?
