Requiring a password change in VPS

I can not change the password of heliohost dashboard with username: dmcrac

After clicking on the link from forget password email, I enter new password and press next which produce a 500 error message (heliohost.org/reset/vps/)

Also I need to change the SSH password.

Thanks for letting us know that VPS password resets were not working. Try resetting your VPS password at https://heliohost.org/reset now. Let us know if you still have issues.
