wolstech Posted May 11 Posted May 11 PHP was disabled for that domain. Since you didn't specify a version but asked for a PHP setting to be changed, I enabled it, set it to 8.2, and configured max_input_vars = 5000 for you. The changes can take up to 2 hours to take effect.
HelioHost Posted May 11 Author Posted May 11 Gracias, verifico dentro de 2 horas. Muy amable. KazVee Posted May 11 Posted May 11 Hello. It looks like you've now raised a new support request for this query under reference HH#272231 sent 1 hour ago: https://helionet.org/index/topic/67801-hh272231-hh343239/ All HelioHost staff are unpaid volunteers, so there is no guaranteed timeframe for a response to support requests. Help is generally provided within 24 hours, and we encourage users to bump their requests if it's been more than 24 hours with no response, in case we missed it somehow. Our best efforts to respond within 24 hours can be impacted by several factors, including but not limited to: Time zone differences (most staff are based in North America) Work School Family Other real-life commitments Since all staff are unpaid volunteers who donate their free time outside of real-life commitments (paid job, school, family, etc.) we prefer to eliminate unnecessary duplication of time and work. Where would you prefer to receive a reply? Under this new request HH#27223 or on your original one HH#343239? For guidance on where and how to ask for help, see: https://wiki.helionet.org/FAQ#Where_do_I_ask_for_help? To understand how Community-Powered Technical Support works, visit: https://wiki.helionet.org/FAQ#How_does_community-powered_support_work? For support response timelines (SLAs and ETAs), check: https://wiki.helionet.org/ETA Asking the same question in multiple places can lead to wasted staff time and effort, resulting in slower support timescales for you and other users. Thanks!

wolstech Posted May 13 Posted May 13 PHP is working properly on your account. If you're seeing a file download when you visit your domain, please clear your browser cache (this weird download caused by the software that was previously installed, which was broken). I created a test index.php that shows phpinfo and it is working properly. Also, please be aware that your account is from 2019. When we see these old accounts that transferred from cPanel, we typically recommend resetting it and starting over to fix all the strange bugs they can have. Note that a reset will also require you to change your domain as well since domains ending in heliohost.org are no longer available to users.
HelioHost Posted May 13 Author Posted May 13 Gracias, podr?a restablecer mi cuenta para evitar futuros problemas? Entiendo que ese proceso lo hacen del Heliohost o ayudarme con los pasos a seguir.
