Thank you dear @Krydos for your reply.

I read several postings in the forum from which I understand that it is possible to increase the hourly limit and still remain within the 50 e-mails per day.
For instance, if one sends 3 e-mails in one hour with one person in the "to" field + 3 people in "c.c.", that is alread considered as 12 e-mails that are send out from your mail server. Under my current settings, my account would get flagged that it is going over the hourly limit, although I still remains within the daily limit.

Request:
Can you therefore please increase my hourly limit in my account to 50 AND let the total remain at 50 e-mails per day.
(I have seen this done by Heliohost to other account holders too.)

Outstanding question:
What is the maximum e-mail size on your servers now (Johnny, Tommy, Morty)?
On Johnny, the maximum e-mail size was set to 25Mb by you. Has that setting been (transferred) to Morty as well?

Thank you. 🙂

Your hourly limit and your daily limit are now 50.

I did actually answer this already.

To answer it some more, no we didn't configure Morty special in any way. It's probably the default, whatever that is. Test it and let us know.

Thank you dear @Krydos for your reply.
Sorry for misinterpreting your previous answer regarding the maximum file size of an e-mail.
Default value is 10Mb. Larger e-mails are indeed bounced. I just tried it and your mailserver bounces with this message: "552 5.3.4 Message size exceeds fixed limit".
Please also see Plesk's support page: https://www.plesk.com/kb/support/unable-to-send-receive-emails-on-a-plesk-server-message-size-exceeds-server-limit/

Can you or @wolstech therefore please, like you have done for me in 2024 on Johnny, increase the maximum mail size on Morty to 25MB (see attached screenshot of 2024) ?

Thank you. 🙂

Thanks for testing it. Max email size has been increased to 25 MB on Morty as requested. Once you're moved back to Johnny you'll probably have to remind us again.

Thank you dear @Krydos and @wolstech for your support.

When will it be possible for users to add and remove domains themselves at https://heliohost.org/dashboard/domain/?
Now this can only be done by opening a support ticket with you.
Plesk FAQ about this subject: https://docs.plesk.com/en-US/obsidian/administrator-guide/website-management/websites-and-domains/domains-and-dns/adding-and-removing-domains.65150/ but the option to add a domain does not appear when logged-in on Plesk/Heliohost.

It seems like an easy option that just has to be enabled. But maybe there is more to it.

Thank you again and kindly awaiting your reply.

There is no ETA for when adding/removing domains can be handled by users. Please see this page in the technical documenation Wiki which explains more:
https://wiki.helionet.org/Addon_Domains#Addon_Domains

Users cannot yet manage domains on their account themselves. We plan to add this feature in the future, but there is no ETA for when it may be implemented. You can read more about ETAs here: https://wiki.helionet.org/ETA
In the meantime, HelioHost staff will be happy to help you manage your addon domains.

Since there are very few unpaid volunteer staff spending their time keeping HelioHost running, requests for features and fixes have to be triaged and handled in a priority order. I think right now, the focus is on getting the servers fixed. There's also Java language support in the works, and the ability for users to add/remove their own domains is on our to-do list as well.

In the meantime, to free up staff time to implement the necessary repairs and new features even quicker, you're welcome to help lessen the load by answering other users' questions if you can. Most of the information about HelioHost can be found in the Wiki, which can be found here and has a great keyword search function: https://wiki.helionet.org/
If there's something you searched for in the Wiki and can't find an answer to, we welcome user-created contributions to the technical documentation as well, so just let us know you'd like a new account to start adding information to the Wiki, and we'll definitely be happy to set that up for you, too.

Dear @wolstech and @Krydos,

Following up in your e-mail regarding the Free Morty Trail that is ending, I have three questions.

1) On https://heliohost.org/dashboard/billing/ only usage is shown, but no invoice is displayed/provided.
If I choose for the paid plan on Morty, how do you provide an invoice?

2) If I stay on the paid plan on Morty and pay with the provided link that was sent by e-mail, what info do you need from me in order to ensure the balance is credited to the correct account?

3) Please see

If I want to use my initial username on Morty (when it is deleted from Johnny), your wrote me that it needs an account-reset on Morty.
Does an account reset on Morty means I have to setup all domains and e-mail adresses again on Morty?

Kindly awaiting your reply.

1) We send invoices on how your balance is being used occasionally by email. Here are some screenshots of what it looks like:

2) Just username and transaction ID should be enough to link the payment to the account. If you use the same email address to make the Stripe payment then we can just match it to your email on the account.

3) Yes, in order to change your username you have to do an account reset. Yes, after doing an account reset you would need to add all your domains again, and set up everything again.

Thank you dear @Krydos for your quick reply.
Is it safe to send username and transaction ID here on the public forum, or is it better to send it by direct (non-public) e-mail to you?

Thank you dear @Krydos for your clarification. ))
I have decided to stay on Morty and to start with a payment for two years from June 1.

My questions for now:
1) Should I use on June 1, the payment-url that Heliohost sent to me by e-mail 4 days ago (for the balance that could last 2 years without overages)?
(after payment on June 1, I will send you here the username + transaction ID)
2) I received an e-mail one hour ago that my account will move. Can you please have my account remain on the Morty server?

Kindly awaiting your reply.

Dear @Krydos, at 7.25 AM (CET) I paid $19 by credit card. Succesfull payment was confirmed on screen. But I have not (yet) received a transaction ID. There was no transaction ID displayed on the screen after payment (which I would have expected), nor a transaction ID was sent to me by e-mail.
Can you please check the incoming payments of this morning at your end and match it with my payment / e-mail? And then please move my account to Morty?
Thank you. 🙂
Kind regards.

Thanks for upgrading. I have set your balance to $24 after the $19 payment and $5 bonus. This should last you about two years without overages. We're going to move you to the upgraded Morty2. Morty2 is actually even faster and has newer software than the old Morty that you were on before, so it's even more of an upgrade.

Thank you so much dear @Krydos.

1) Can you please confirm that the maximum e-mail size on Morty2 has been set to 25Mb?
(please see underneath your earlier message)

2) Can you please send me (by e-mail) a donation receipt (specifically for tax purposes)?

Kind regards.
