Hello Helio Host Support,
I hope you are well.
I am currently hosting servers with you, but I am experiencing persistent issues with your payment system. In most cases, my initial payment attempt fails because my card may not have sufficient funds at that moment. However, even after loading funds and retrying, the payment still does not go through successfully.
At the moment, my server is down, which is affecting the services I provide to my clients. This situation is urgent and is impacting my business operations.
Kindly assist in resolving this issue as soon as possible or advise on alternative payment methods that I can reliably use to complete the transaction and restore my server.
I would greatly appreciate your immediate support in getting my services back online.

Your VPS has been powered back on since you replied to us.

I'm sorry to hear that you're having trouble with PayPal. Thanks for letting us know the situation. In the future, if the payment fails you can just communicate with us and we'll make sure to keep your VPS powered on and give you extra time to make a payment so it doesn't affect your business. We only power off VPS if the payment fails, and the customer ignores our emails.

In addition to PayPal we also have a Stripe account that you can try instead. Some people have had better luck with it. Here is a link to renew your VPS for another month, and then hopefully the subscription will automatically bill without issue after that.
