Krydos Posted February 26 Posted February 26 Thanks for the response. I have started the existing Tommy account moving to Morty. If you forgot the password you can set a new password at https://heliohost.org/reset/

wolstech Posted February 26 Posted February 26 Username stays the same as it was on Tommy (ittech689). If you forgot the password, you can reset it using this link: https://heliohost.org/reset/ (it looks like you tried a few times). Note that our password reset emails sometimes go to spam. If you're not able to receive the automated reset email for some reason, we can manually send you one instead, but it can only be sent to the email address on file.
HelioHost Posted February 27 Author Posted February 27 Thank you could you create another domain under my morty subscription, thank you, is performance affected? wolstech Posted February 27 Posted February 27 Morty is quite a bit faster than our other servers, you don't get suspended for excessive resource (you get charged an overage fee for the excessive usage instead), and there's also 30 day login requirement (the account stays active as long as you keep paying). Morty accounts do cost a minimum of ~$1/month though (or more if you use excessive resources).
HelioHost Posted April 2 Author Posted April 2 Why the morty is down. I cannot access my plesk dashboard *Respectfully Yours,* *Alfie A. Krydos Posted April 2 Posted April 2 Morty is working fine for me, and everyone else. When you go to https://morty.heliohost.org does the page timeout? If so perhaps you got blocked in the firewall. We can unblock you if you let us know what your IP address is.
Krydos Posted April 2 Posted April 2 Yep, I found the IP address. It looks like you tried to login to SFTP with the wrong username or password too many times, and the server blocked you.
HelioHost Posted April 2 Author Posted April 2 Apology i am running filezilla for sftp, purposes is it posible, my ip address is dynamic depends on the router assigned ip i like to download the files thru filezilla, but i cant access ,is it possible to access, thank you so much *Respectfully Yours,* *Alfie A. Krydos Posted April 2 Posted April 2 Yes, I found the IP address that was blocked on Morty, and unblocked it. Are you able to access Plesk now?
