I encountered an error while trying to create your account. I recommend either going back to try creating your account again or open a support ticket so we can help you fix the error.

wolstech Posted February 10 Posted February 10 Can you try opening the link in the invite email again using something Chromium-based (Chrome/Edge/Brave/etc.) and see if it will let you finish the registration?

Krydos Posted February 10 Posted February 10 On 2026-01-16 you created a Morty account with the username ronnievillegas. On 2026-02-08 you paid $2 to move your Morty account to Tommy for some unknown reason. On 2026-02-10 you tried to create a new Morty account using the same email address as your previous account that is now on Tommy.

Krydos Posted February 23 Posted February 23 Since you never responded to this, I backed up the old account that was causing the conflict, and finished the creation of the new account for you.
