kevingor Posted December 16, 2025 Posted December 16, 2025 a. username: kg b. i think its in https://tommy.heliohost.org c. main domain: gorisnic.com.ar I wasn't aware it was suspended, probably was testing something about WordPress some time ago. Removing it would be the best. I'm happy enough with the WordPress thing, use it mostly to keep my old websites as portfolio and my personal mail alive. If I would remove it my self would be great, but its now showing any options to manage my files now. Let me know if there is anything else you need.
MoneyBroz Posted December 16, 2025 Posted December 16, 2025 Your account was suspended because you exceeded your storage limit. You have 3 options to regain access to your account: You are able to regain access to your account immediately without waiting for an admin by increasing your account's storage space. This storage space upgrade is good for the life of the account, and has no monthly cost. Tell us which files you would like deleted and an admin can delete them for you to get you back under your current storage limit. If you're not sure which files are taking up all of your space an admin can provide a detailed storage space usage report for you. We can also reset your account for you which deletes all files, deletes all settings, and restores your account back to the default state with 0 MB of storage usage.
Krydos Posted December 16, 2025 Posted December 16, 2025 Since your account was transferred from cPanel I recommend doing the reset option 3 from above. These ancient accounts tend to have a lot of issues and strange bugs anyways compared to accounts that were created directly on Plesk. I went ahead and created a full backup for you which you can download from https://heliohost.org/backup You can read the instructions for extracting the backup at https://wiki.helionet.org/Account_Backups Let us know when you're ready to proceed with the reset, or what you'd like to do.
kevingor Posted December 23, 2025 Author Posted December 23, 2025 sorry for the waiting... I didn't have the notifications ON for this. If you think its better to reset it, Ill be downloading the files (update here on this: I followed the link and received the mail, but the link shows: ERROR: Backup file can't be found.) Ill try later to download, it may take some time? Will I be able to handle my domains by my self? or will I need to ask you to config it too?
wolstech Posted December 23, 2025 Posted December 23, 2025 Backups are usually available instantly once you request them. The outage may have caused something to happen that's preventing the download though. I've asked about it in a staff channel and am waiting to find out more about why this would happen... 1
wolstech Posted December 23, 2025 Posted December 23, 2025 Got a response already...the backup system is still down due to the recent outage. We're waiting on our provider to turn a storage appliance on for us...so yeah, just try again later/tomorrow. 1
kevingor Posted December 23, 2025 Author Posted December 23, 2025 yeah, thanks @Krydos I just downloaded the pleskbackup-kg.tar - 350mb Ill have to look later on how to use it.
Krydos Posted December 24, 2025 Posted December 24, 2025 Let us know if you're ready to do the account reset.
kevingor Posted December 24, 2025 Author Posted December 24, 2025 yeah, you can do it. Hopefully it will be easy to bring it back to life, as I was using it.
Krydos Posted December 24, 2025 Posted December 24, 2025 I have started the reset. You will receive an email in a few minutes with a link. Click the link in that email to continue to reset process. Let us know if you need help with anything else.
kevingor Posted December 26, 2025 Author Posted December 26, 2025 to load my previous domain, loading the backup files will work or Ill need to ask for it, like the Plesky manager said?
Krydos Posted December 26, 2025 Posted December 26, 2025 We can add new domains for you. Just let us know the domain name.
kevingor Posted December 26, 2025 Author Posted December 26, 2025 for now will be the original one... gorisnic.com.ar Thnaks in advance.
KazVee Posted December 26, 2025 Posted December 26, 2025 I've added that domain to your account for you. Please note that it may take up to 2 hours for the domain change to take effect, and it will not work until you set up your DNS with your domain registrar. To configure your DNS, please see the steps provided on our Wiki to either set NS records pointed at the HelioHost nameservers, or create A/AAAA records and point them to your server's IPv4/IPv6 address: https://wiki.helionet.org/Addon_Domains#Custom_Addon_Domains If after a full 2 hours it doesn't work on your side, please make sure you clear your web browser cache: https://wiki.helionet.org/Clear_Your_Cache 1
