You received this email 7 hours ago which you ignored You're welcome to use external DNS, but if you do we can't change the A and AAAA records for you. If you use ns1.heliohost.org and ns2.heliohost.org we can update your DNS records for you when you move between servers which results in zero downtime, but since you're using external DNS you have to manually update the DNS records as the email instructed you to. Failure to change the DNS records results in a 503 from Tommy for a few hours, and then a queued page after that. Quote
