I'm not seeing any problems with your account, but all your pages do show a 503 error. Are you able to login to Plesk and check the logs page? An administrator will be able to look into this in the morning.

Krydos will need to look at this. The sites and subscription aren’t suspended in Plesk and it’s been more than 2 hours now, so I’m not sure what is causing the 503.

You're welcome to use external DNS, but if you do we can't change the A and AAAA records for you. If you use ns1.heliohost.org and ns2.heliohost.org we can update your DNS records for you when you move between servers which results in zero downtime, but since you're using external DNS you have to manually update the DNS records as the email instructed you to. Failure to change the DNS records results in a 503 from Tommy for a few hours, and then a queued page after that.
