The main advantage of a paid domain like a .com is you can manage and add your own DNS records. Per our terms of service, our service (which includes our free subdomains) may not be used for marketing or other bulk commercial email, which you’ve stated you plan to do.

These terms apply even if the emails themselves originate from Amazon SES, because simply having our domain mentioned in the From address of the email can result in us receiving abuse reports and getting blacklisted when people complain about spam.

Keep in mind that if we were to set this up for you and then we received an abuse report, you could also potentially be banned from our service without a refund.

As a result, you will need to provide your own domain name in order for us to configure this. You’re welcome to use our DNS for it, but the domain name used for sending these emails cannot be one of ours.

Firstly, we don't intend to send spam messages, as messages from us are customers we had met from our company exhibitions meetings and have explicitly agreed to receive our company’s newsletter as consent removes the “spam” classification.

 

Secondly, due to our compliance with email laws, most global email regulations such as Amason SES allows us to send marketing emails because we have clear consent and Identify ourself as the sender as we also provide an easy unsubscribe option and respect opt-out requests.

 

Following these rules ensures our messages are legally compliant and not classified as spam.

Lastly, regarding that we hope to work with Helionet host for a long time, we don't intend to be pre-assumed to put your company good use in a negative light, as we are prepared to be banned if done so.

We also wish to take our time as a new company trying to start up considering the expenses and costs until we are ready to progress higher.

If this isn't possible to allow CNAME records, can we also ask for refund and gracefully leave your platform?
