I have an account which I am testing to
use later professionally on morty. My wife, without knowing that you
do not allow it, opened a second account kalaggelaki@gmail.com
Immediately after your relevant email I deleted this account.
I want to keep the account to do anything else please let me know

Thank you for letting us know. We've cancelled the pending suspension for your account.

Note that once you move to Morty, your wife will be able to have an account on Johnny or Tommy because the multiple account policy does not apply to Morty accounts. You can maintain as many Morty accounts as you want, as long as you keep them paid for.

Sorry for the inconvenience but despite my efforts I was unable to configure

the SSL/TLS Certificate on my account on
johnny.I would be grateful if you could configure it so that I can
have a secure website.

Thank you

Your site already has a working SSL certificate and shows as secure when I visit it. If you're seeing a certificate warning, please clear your cache.

I am very impressed with your services and your prompt responses to my
questions. I am currently facing the following problem.I opened an
account at morty and paid the equivalent of $19 in euros. Because I
made the mistake of giving an e-mail address
apost.margetakis@gmail.com which already exists at Johnny I got an
error message and the process stopped. However, the payment was made
with transaction ID 8A069355EK8385500 and vendor transaction ID
24Y25318JK943492S. Please if this is possible open an account for me
at my wife's e-mail address kalaggelaki@gmail.com and password <removed>
