Hello, my account is suspended and it can not be renewed. Also I have renewed it 20 days ago, so it may not be suspended due to inactivity.

That account isn't suspended on my end. I'm not sure why it's suddenly showing an inactivity page, it was renewed back on September 17.

Yeah, your account definitely didn't reactivate correctly. This happens sometimes on Johnny due to high load and the number of accounts. I manually reactivated it. Is everything working now?
