When asking for modules to be added, please be sure to provide which version of Python you're using. You're on the Tommy server, so are you using Python 3.9 or 3.12?

Please keep in mind that we do not offer redis hosting, so you'll need to connect to an external redis instance.

Like Wolstech said, Tommy doesn't have Redis, so I'm not entirely sure what the point of installing this module is. You can install Redis on a VPS though. https://heliohost.org/vps/ If you really are planning on connecting to an external Redis server from Tommy let us know, and I can take a look at whether installing the Python module is possible.
