It seems like you may be posting non-ASCII characters which just show up as question marks "?????" for us. If you could send your request in English using ASCII characters we should be able to read it. Otherwise you could also use https://helionet.org to send us a message in UTF-8, but the only language we are fluent in is English so it would be helpful if you could translate it to English either way. The new login was indeed made by myself (not an unauthorized access). I didn’t realize the email system only supports ASCII characters earlier, which caused encoding issues. To avoid confusion: - My account (username: wk, server: Johnny, domain: wk.helioho.st) is used solely by me. - The login was from my personal device (no shared network violations).
