Sorry, it seems my answer in Russian was not correctly perceived by your system so I'm duplicating it in English.

Please, if possible, wait until the beginning of the month, I'll definitely top up, there is no such possibility now

I will not use your service and spend your computing resources until I make a donation

Thanks for the quick response. We'll just let the account continue running with a negative balance for now, and when you top up, the accrued charges from the next 10 days will simply be deducted at that time. If we don't receive the top up around the start of the month though, we will have to move you to Tommy until you can get the money in.

And yes, our system only supports the Latin alphabet and its variants. Cyrillic, Arabic and east-Asian characters, and other non-Latin characters are not supported in the email support. Non-Latin characters should work on the forum, but whether someone can read them is going to be dependent on what the reader's device supports. Also, our staff are only fluent in English.
