Eyes4U2 Posted June 13 Posted June 13 Hi, Seems I didn't log in for a while... I like to create a new account, but on Morty this time. I was on Tommy. And I want to use a different username and email address this time. Before I do so, I would like to know if it is possible to get the 5000 MB storage space I had on Tommy. Or should I stick to Tommy for that? Kind Regards, Arjan Snijders
Unknown025 Posted June 13 Posted June 13 It looks like your account was suspended for high load and subsequently deleted. If you'd like to create an account on Morty, an administrator can set that up for you. I believe that you can keep your 5000 MB storage upgrade as well, whether you choose to upgrade to Morty or recreate an account on Tommy.
Krydos Posted June 13 Posted June 13 Welcome back! Go ahead and sign up for a new account at https://heliohost.org/morty/ Once your account is created let us know your new username and we can apply the 5000 MB storage to it.
Eyes4U2 Posted June 13 Author Posted June 13 Thanks! The name is "scouting" on Morty. I used my private email address for the payment. Apparently, that's also automatically used for the HelioHost account. Can it be changed to "arjan.snijders@scoutingschipluiden.nl"? Not a big problem as it stays like this.
wolstech Posted June 13 Posted June 13 Space added. It looks like your email is already set to the one you mentioned, so I'm guessing you changed it on your side already. Please let us know if you need anything else. 1
