After reading the Terms of Service, I believe the issue might be related to multiple accounts. I want to clarify that I do not personally have more than one account. However, my brother and I share the same Wi-Fi network at home, and sometimes he uses my computer to log into his own account and manage his project. To avoid this kind of interruption in the future, I’d like to ask: if I upgrade to the "Morty" plan, would this help prevent the issue? Sharing a computer will definitely cause this though. Moving to Morty would also solve your problem as Morty accounts are not included in the multiple account policy. Can you provide the username of your brother's account? Quote
