It shows all the time "Your domain should start working in about xx hours xx min" and it's counting down. When the time is over, it restart from 2 hour and restart counting down. Is it possible to check this and to make my website visible again. Hoping for a fast repair. Thanks in advance Webmaster

wolstech Posted May 16, 2025 Posted May 16, 2025 Try another browser. Also try a different internet connection (like a cell phone on its data plan) as sometimes ISPs cache things on their end. If it works on a cell phone but not on your normal internet, your ISP is likely to blame (usual fix there is to just wait for their cache to expire).

wolstech Posted May 16, 2025 Posted May 16, 2025 That likely doesn't help as they probably both go through the same internet provider. Try on a cell phone with the wifi turned OFF if you have one. It will probably work.

Krydos Posted May 16, 2025 Posted May 16, 2025 I took a closer look at your account, and found the issue. Your account was created in 2018 on cPanel. A lot of the old cPanel transfer accounts have strange issues like this. When people start having issues with the old cPanel transfer accounts we always recommend doing a full reset so you have an account that was created directly on Plesk rather than having all these strange bugs. Whether you decide to reset your account or not, your slovenskycuvac.tk domain should be working now.

BUT I still can't connect with my Ftp program FileZilla error Status: Connecting to 65.19.141.77:21... Status: Connection attempt failed with "ETIMEDOUT - Connection attempt timed out". wolstech Posted May 16, 2025 Posted May 16, 2025 Yeah, we haven't used the .77 IP in quite a while now. Using the server hostname (tommy.heliohost.org) will guarantee that you get the right IP for tommy.
