msbsurfi Posted Friday at 08:26 PM Posted Friday at 08:26 PM Username: hhfn Hello, I can not extract a file due to low storage. It's 1.3 GB Can you please extract it for me? You will find it in a domain directory. Best Regards, MD Shifat Bin Siddique Quote

msbsurfi Posted Saturday at 11:55 AM Author Posted Saturday at 11:55 AM Thanks a lot. But I see another problem. One of my domain is disabled by the hosting provider. I don't know the reason. I use that app to create facebook poster. Quote
wolstech Posted Saturday at 02:15 PM Posted Saturday at 02:15 PM Weird. I've enabled that again for you. Usually when our system disables domains, its because they're not hosted here, and when that happens, you're supposed to be able to reenable them yourself. Note that if the parent domain gets disabled for not being hosted here, the subdomains usually follow it. It may take 2 hours to start working again. Quote
msbsurfi Posted Saturday at 04:27 PM Author Posted Saturday at 04:27 PM (edited) Oh I see. The parent domain hhfn.org.bd is not pointing to tommy. I am using Azure free credit to host the wordpress site. So we are getting back to heliohost as soon as the credit finishes. So I need that domain to remain in heliohost plesk. Can you please detach the domain app.hhfn.org.bd from hhfn.org.bd so it does not automatically get disabled. I have restarted the NodeJS app, hope this will be working after next apache restart. But I see an warning message that the document root is using by another domain in this subscription. It tells me to specify another document root. But I don't know is it possible or not. I think this happens because I used the same app.js with other domains (though NodeJS is disabled on these domains). Is there any way to solve the issue and keep the app.js in root directory only for app.hhfn.org.bd ? Edited Saturday at 04:50 PM by msbsurfi Getting rid of the warning after changing the application root path. Quote
wolstech Posted Saturday at 06:23 PM Posted Saturday at 06:23 PM Plesk does not support detaching the parent domain from the subdomain. The only way to accomplish this would be to delete the subdomain, delete the parent domain, then add the subdomains back as independent websites.... Quote
msbsurfi Posted Saturday at 06:55 PM Author Posted Saturday at 06:55 PM Ok kindly do that. And add app.hhfn.org.bd as independent domain please. The issue needs to be resolved. I have backup of the node.js Quote

KazVee Posted Sunday at 04:55 PM Posted Sunday at 04:55 PM Before making any changes, I made a full backup of your account, so if you discover you need any of your old files, you can download the backup here: https://heliohost.org/backup I deleted the parent domain: hhfn.org.bd which deleted the associated 'app' subdomain. I then added app.hhfn.org.bd as an independent website. Please note that it may take up to 2 hours for the domain change to take effect, and it will not work until you set up your DNS with your domain registrar. If you need any further changes, please let us know. Quote
