[Solved] Upgrade VPS without creating PayPal Account

Basically what the title says. I want to upgrade my VPS from 1 GB of ram to 2 GB of ram but I don't want to make a PayPal account.

Krydos can assist with this. We can probably accept the payment via stripe instead.

Just keep in mind that when we process manual payments like this, we usually require you to purchase 6 months worth of service at a time due to the labor associated with the manual processing. I'm not sure how that will be handled with an upgrade.

All HelioHost staff are volunteers. We all have full time jobs and lives outside of this project. We run this organization in our free time, and if we don't have very much free time things don't get done very quickly. 

Most for-profit hosting companies have a staff of full time employees who sit around providing support and working 40 hours a week. It's very rare for any of our volunteers to work more than an hour or so each day. None of our volunteers are required to log a certain number of hours and may come and go as they please.

If we aren't having fun volunteering, providing support, chatting with the community, and developing new features then we take a break and do things that are more fun for us. This is why we don't have SLAs or ETAs for new features or repairs, and this is why things move a little slower than a for-profit company that you might be used to dealing with.

We do aim to respond to requests within 24 hours, but this is done on a best-effort basis because real life priorities and time zone differences can impact this. You can read more about ETAs (and why they are not offered) here: https://wiki.helionet.org/ETA

Bumping a forum thread unnecessarily as you have done here will work against you getting quicker support. We try to respond to the oldest threads first, and by bumping the thread, it has a more recent timestamp for the last post on it, so you may end up waiting longer.
