hostmysiteplease Posted March 14 Author Posted March 14 I have received the following email. What should I do to rectify this? Could not secure domains of hostmysiteplease (login hostmysiteplease) with Let`s Encrypt certificates. Please log in to Plesk and secure the domains listed below manually. Securing of the following domains has failed: ** 'yourcompanysolutions.online' ** Invalid response from https://acme-v02.api.letsencrypt.org/acme/authz/2234121385/489696421876. KazVee Posted March 14 Posted March 14 I've added that domain to your account for you. Please note that it may take up to 2 hours for the domain change to take effect, and it will not work until you set up your DNS. We recently added another domain to your account for you, so just in case you weren't sure, if you had both domains ready to be added at the same time, you did not need to make 2 separate request for them, we don't mind doing multiple domain changes from a single post. 🙂 To configure your DNS, you can either: 1) Set NS records pointed to the HelioHost nameservers: `ns1.heliohost.org` and `ns2.heliohost.org`, or 2) Manually create DNS records: a) Add an A record (IPv4) pointing to your server's IPv4 address b) Add an AAAA record (IPv6) pointing to your server's IPv6 address To find the correct IPs, please go to: Login > Plesk > Websites & Domains > [domain name] > and check at the bottom of the page. If after a full 2 hours your new domain doesn't work on your side, please make sure you clear your web browser cache: https://wiki.helionet.org/Clear_Your_Cache I'll escalate this thread for the attention of our root admins who can set up the DKIM, SPM and DMARC records for this new domain.

This thread was a request to add domain mwenendo and set up email DNS for it, so asking for SSL Certificate support for a different domain adds unnecessary complexity for the volunteer staff to troubleshoot issues, and risks messages being missed. Please try the steps here for SSL issues: https://wiki.helionet.org/SSL_Certificate_Problems and if you still have trouble, please create a new support request thread for SSL help with the other yourcompanysolutions domain.
Krydos Posted March 14 Posted March 14 The highlighted IP address is not one of our servers. Most likely you haven't waited long enough for the DNS to update prior to trying to install SSL. Depending on your registrar it could take anywhere from 2 hours to 2 days to clear all the old cache out. I'm guessing the IP 91.195.240.19 is where this domain used to be hosted. DKIM, SPF, and DMARC have been set up for the domain mwenendo.xyz. We recommend sending a test email to https://www.mail-tester.com/ to make sure that everything is set up correctly. If you get less than a 10/10 score please post a link to the full report so we can help you fix any other issues that there may be. While adding DKIM, SPF, and DMARC to your account I also noticed that you're at 989/1000 MB. Here is the breakdown on your storage usage: Backups 0 MB Emails 2.25 MB Files 869.98 MB Trash .10 MB Logs 5.00 MB PSQL 0 MB MySQL 112.50 MB Total 989.83 MB If you need more than 1000 MB you can purchase an additional 1000 MB for a one-time payment of $5. The maximum storage for a Tommy account is 7000 MB which would cost $30 and is good for the life of the account.
wolstech Posted March 14 Posted March 14 Note that for the .xyz domain, on the mail tester test mentioned above, it is impossible to get a 10/10 because .xyz is considered an abused TLD. Many mail providers will mark email from .xyz domains as spam regardless of what you do.
