Why did I close my hosting account? I did not meet any usage standards I
want to get the hosting back because my website is uploaded to it. I hope
to get it back as soon as possible

That account is suspended because it's part of a pair of multiple accounts in which the other account was kept.

In the request to unsuspend the other account, it was stated that someone was managing this account on behalf of another user to build a second website, which is against the Terms of Service. Since someone else is managing the website on this account for you, we could merge the two accounts so he can manage both websites from a single account. However, the contents of both accounts do not fit within the 1000MB space available on one free account, so a paid disk space upgrade ($5 / 1000MB additional space, with a max of $30 for 7000MB) will be required if you want to do this.

Your other options are to have your friend agree to not manage your website and never log into your account again, or to abandon the account.
