HelioHost Posted February 22, 2025 Posted February 22, 2025 Username: mrxsais, Server: Morty, Main domain: xdev.groupI am attempting to log in at https://heliohost.org/login/, but I receive the message "Unable to login with that username and password." Username: mrxsais Server: Morty
wolstech Posted February 22, 2025 Posted February 22, 2025 Try resetting your password: https://heliohost.org/reset/ You can also try signing into Morty directly at https://morty.heliohost.org (use mrxsais, not your email address, for the username).
HelioHost Posted February 22, 2025 Author Posted February 22, 2025 After resetting my password, I can log in now, but when I visit https://morty.heliohost.org/, the page appears unusable. wolstech Posted February 22, 2025 Posted February 22, 2025 The support email does not accept pictures or attachments. Can you please upload the picture somewhere like Imgur and send us a link instead?

wolstech Posted February 22, 2025 Posted February 22, 2025 Thanks for the link. This is now being investigated. I was able to replicate the issue with Morty's Plesk. We'll update you when the problem is resolved.
wolstech Posted February 22, 2025 Posted February 22, 2025 Please try again now. A system log file had grown too large due to a log rotation issue and caused plesk to stop responding.
HelioHost Posted February 23, 2025 Author Posted February 23, 2025 I worked. Can I also add thegreatrubyprimo.com domain to my account On Sat, Feb 22, 2025 at 1:45?PM HelioHost Support wrote: > Please try again now. KazVee Posted February 23, 2025 Posted February 23, 2025 I'm glad to hear the issue is resolved. I've added that domain to your account for you, please note that it may take up to 2 hours for the change to take effect. If after a full 2 hours the new domain doesn't work on your side, please make sure you clear your web browser cache: https://wiki.helionet.org/Clear_Your_Cache In the meantime, please make sure you configure DNS for the new domain, or else it will not work. You can either: 1) Set NS records pointed to the HelioHost nameservers: `ns1.heliohost.org` and `ns2.heliohost.org`, or 2) Manually create DNS records: a) Add an A record (IPv4) pointing to your server's IPv4 address b) Add an AAAA record (IPv6) pointing to your server's IPv6 address To find the correct IPs, please go to: Login > Plesk > Websites & Domains > [domain name] > and check at the bottom of the page. Please let us know if you have any questions or if we can help with anything else.
