HelioHost Posted January 8, 2025 Posted January 8, 2025 Username: wagenq, Server: Johnny, Main domain: clever-chef.helioho.stDear administrator, My account has been suspended because it seems I went over the disk limit by a hefty 11GB. Yes. Really. I'm not sure how I managed to do that. Would it be possible to reactivate the account to give me time to investigate what I did wrong, and to delete the excessive amount of data so as to get back within the allowed limit? I will work from the web portal, no third party DB manager or request. Regards, Quentin
wolstech Posted January 8, 2025 Posted January 8, 2025 I'm waiting for some more information from Krydos on this one for you. I can't find 11GB worth of database content in your account despite Plesk claiming it exists, so I can't remove it (when I look, I only see about 58MB worth of data).
wolstech Posted January 8, 2025 Posted January 8, 2025 Turns out there is actually ~11GB in there. The bulk of it was 438KB blobs of what I assume were pictures based on the column name in the scrappedRecipes table of wagenq_test. The space was used as: 438KB (size of pictures) * 25255 (rows) = 11061690 KB / 1024 / 1024 = ~10.54GB... I've set all the picture fields to NULL to delete the pictures, and the database is a much more reasonable 70MB... Please do not save the pictures when populating this table as they don't fit in your account. Unsuspended.
Krydos Posted January 8, 2025 Posted January 8, 2025 If you need 11 GB of images we do offer VPS plans that can have up to 300 GB of storage. https://heliohost.org/vps/
