techcat Posted December 27, 2024 Posted December 27, 2024 I paid for a transfer to Morty. I paid the $10 for the $12 of credit. I was looking to see what I could do to add credit later on as I would rather put some money on now vs later when it's low. However, I noticed there is a new tool too track the billing. When I click on the tool it shows my initial $12 credit added on the 18 and being billed as expected for $0.0329. Everything seems normal all the way up until the 20th where my balance seems to have jumped to $999.9999. And seems to be alternating between that and $999.9670 and the $999.9999 every other day. I did a search and don't see any other posts. I'm not sure if this is where I should post this, but I wanted to point it out as I assume there is a bug somewhere. I have attached a partial screenshot of the billing page to show what I'm talking about. 1

It isn't currently implemented, but we could add credit to your account manually.

I will reach out if I change my mind. But I did want to confirm the billing page appears to be working properly now. Thanks and keep up the good work!

However I saw there was a reply on this thread, so we do still check them anyway. 🙂 I'm glad to hear that the billing page is behaving now. Once you're ready to add credit, I'd suggest making a new thread just so your new request isn't accidentally missed, but it's no big deal either way.
