Hello,

I tried to connect few minutes ago and found my account suspended.
I didn't overflow the limits neither cpu request nor memory.
What is the reason of this suspension?

You were suspended for trying to access files outside of your home directory. a root admin can assist with this further.

Will you stop trying to access files outside your home directory? If you need information from a log file that isn't located in your logs directory let us know, and we can provide the info. The log files outside your home directory are full of private information that belongs to other users. Attempts to circumvent other's privacy will be considered hacking, and you will be suspended and banned from creating future accounts.

I apologize, I was too impatient.
I will not do it anymore.
I already asked for it few days ago. The administrator answer that he will watch for it when he will have a moment.
But, it passed into limbo. I know that there is a lot to do to administer a server.

All HelioHost staff are volunteers who help out in our free time. If we have less free time because of other things (work, school, family, etc.) in life, that means we have less free time to respond to requests here.

You can read more about the support structure of HelioHost, and why we do not offer ETAs like for-profit companies, at this link: https://wiki.helionet.org/hosting/repair-times#all-heliohost-staff-are-volunteers

I believe the guidance is that if it's been 24 hours since a request was made, you can follow up on it with a reminder in case it was accidentally missed, but this is entirely dependent on staff having some spare free time to pick up a request.
