First we had an account that we used, but when we realized we were wrong. So we decided to create another account and start using it. Today we realized that we had to delete the first account that we no longer used. But when we tried to enter it to delete it, it no longer let us enter either of the 2 accounts because they are suspended. What can we do?

They're suspended because you created more than one account. Users are only allowed one account.

Which one do you want to keep?

Thanks. I have a question, in that account we have our school project, can
we all 3 log in at the same time and edit files at the same time?

If there are 3 people involved then you can each have 1 account. The reason these 2 accounts were suspended is because they were logged in from the same browser, which is usually an indication of 1 person with more than 1 account.

Ok, but the 3 of us just want to go in and edit this account only (We will
only use this account definitively). Can all 3 of us edit or interact with
the platform at the same time? (I clarify that everyone would be from home
and from their computer, but we will only enter this account)

I've never tested 3 people logging in to the same Plesk account at the same time, but it might work. You could definitely all edit files via SFTP at the same time. An even better idea for your team working on the same code is you all could use the git integration in Plesk to deploy your code. Let us know if you need help with anything.
