If you are trying to connect remotely to MariaDB, please make sure you have allowed remote connections inside Plesk.

Looks like you may have the wrong password. Try changing the password of the database user through Plesk, and then copy/pasting it into your php script.

The other issue I'm seeing is the user viosrio_userss doesn't even exist. You have a MariaDB user named viosrio_davson though. Perhaps you entered the wrong username into your config file?
