KazVee Posted December 4, 2024 Posted December 4, 2024 Hello! Sorry to hear you're having trouble connecting to your database. If you'd like help troubleshooting the issue, we'll need a little more information from you to help you figure out the problem. Please let us know what database (MariaDB, PostgreSQL) you are trying to use, and what the full error message is that you are getting. To share the error message, you can either: 1) Provide the complete error message text or: 2) Take a screenshot of the error, upload it to an image sharing site (like Imgur, for example) and send us the link to the screenshot. If you try to attach a file of the screenshot when emailing our support address, the attachment will be removed, and we won't be able to see it. 3) Another way to share a screenshot would be to log in to the forum here and make a post using your forum account, where you could upload the image file to your post: https://helionet.org/index/forum/45-customer-service/?do=add If you are trying to connect remotely to MariaDB, please make sure you have allowed remote connections inside Plesk. If you're trying to connect remotely to PostgreSQL, please make sure you have requested remote access first, or it won't work. This page will explain how to ask for remote access to PostgreSQL: https://wiki.helionet.org/common-errors/postgres-remote-connection-error All technical support is done by volunteers. We'll be happy to try to help you narrow down the problem once we have more information about what you're trying to do and the error messages you're getting. Thanks!

Krydos Posted December 4, 2024 Posted December 4, 2024 Looks like you may have the wrong password. Try changing the password of the database user through Plesk, and then copy/pasting it into your php script.
Krydos Posted December 4, 2024 Posted December 4, 2024 The other issue I'm seeing is the user viosrio_userss doesn't even exist. You have a MariaDB user named viosrio_davson though. Perhaps you entered the wrong username into your config file?
